“I love how light this litter is. It does track though so a mat helps a lot with it. It traps urine odors but not so much poop. This is my go to litter I get auto-shipped w/ my litter box every 5 weeks”
“I switched from Pretty Litter to this after trying both with my cat. She seems to much prefer the softness and smell of the corn/wheat and less of it ends up on the floor. It's absorbent and easy to scoop and the cardboard box is moisture resistant. I was surprised at how quickly my cat adapted to it.”
“I liked the “natural” scent this has. The clumping is sufficient & it’s easy to scoop. But, the odor control isn’t the greatest. The substance, itself has a pleasant scent that isn’t noticeable- but it doesn’t alleviate the overall smell after the box has been used. So odor control is not sufficient. Also- biggest downfall & reason I won’t use this type again, the tracking is a total nightmare. It tracks EVERYWHERE. Every inch of my condo, it has tracked. I have to sweep constantly & it still doesn’t help. I don’t think this is a good solution if you want to maintain a cleanly household & litter box area free of smell or tracking. Will not order this type of litter again.”
“This litter box set up is great. I just started purchasing this system; I removed the section of the front of the box the first time, but I will try leaving it attached on this second set, to see how well it cuts down on tracking. I did find the canopy part to be a little cumbersome in that it didn't stay on as well as I would have liked, but that could be due to user error. This corn/wheat litter is the BEST! I've tried so many different litters claiming to eliminate most odors, but this is the first one that actually does!”
“Basics: Monthly membership to get shipment every 3 weeks. After trying the fine grain silica 9 (which I highly recommend) for a couple of orders, I decided to try the corn and wheat litter. My cat urinates a lot (Pre Kidney Disease), so stirring the silica was very tough smelling by week 2. But I loved how fine it was so while tracking still occurred, it was light and easier to maintain/clean up compared to the usual chunky clay litter. The smell of corn and wheat litter is neutral and I prefer it that way. The biggest issue is tracking. Oh my gosh the tracking. I have the litter mat that Kitty Poo sells all set up, but my cat still tracks litter all the way into my bed.”
“I love being able to try the different kinds of littter so easily. Plus I love never having to wash a litter box again! The wheat is good because I have a dog that goes searching for treasure, but it does get everywhere. I will be going back to either the soy pellets or the crystals because those do not track around the house. Thank you for this service! Its great!”
