“Finally a litter that my cats will use! I like that it's light weight and doesn't make a mess. However, when I scoop it, it smells so bad to me, hence the missing star. My cats still prefer the store bought brand, but I'm going to give this a few more months trial before making a decision.”
“Livvy seems to be allergic to litter. I tried the corn and wheat and her allergies are gone. The only issue is that the odor control is not the best.”
“I switched to the new Corn & Wheat litter because I couldn't take the fine silicon another second. Other choices were not good either for me or my cat. This was the only soft choice so I went with it. I've tried these kids of litters in years past and hated them. This one is surprisingly good. No odor from the pee like with the other one, since it's scooped. It's been 3 yrs since I had to scoop so it's been a bit of an adjustment, but I'm getting better at remembering. This is nothing like regular clumping litter. No big, heavy round disc to take out, but smaller pieces, easier to pick up. I can't quite describe the odor - not unpleasant, sort of reminds me of opening a bag of corn chips. Cat seems to like it and we all know if they don't they are good at getting that across to you! I do add a sprinkle of Arm & Hammer litter box deodorizer before I scoop. All in all, I'd say a 9, only because I've only had one bag and can't really evaluate everything. Can't tell about the dust, but there doesn't seem to be any. One thing I noticed is that it's seems messier, but that may be because the silicon was clear and you couldn't see how it tracked. I got a bigger mat and empty it back into the box every day. Problem solved.”
