We are a three cat home and one cat is special needs with mobility issues. So using something like this was a long shot for our special needs boy, but I was actually really happy with how well he was able to use this box. I gave 4 stars because I found it very hard to scoop. Like the pee clumps would adhere to the bottom of the box and almost be impossible to get up without some serious effort. I clean my boxes once a day so there’s not a lot of build up, but I still found it difficult to scoop. I HATE scooping so this was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I can quickly and easily scoop my plastic boxes so having to spend extra time to clean the cardboard one just isn’t going to work long-term for me. We ordered the corn and wheat litter and I loved the texture of it, it didn’t seem to track as much as our last litter so that was good. But tracking is inevitable with long haired cats so it’s not a huge deal for us. Overall I was happy with my experience using Kitty Poo Club and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new.

I’ve loved the Kittypoo.com program for years, so have my cats. I decided to try the new corn and wheat litter because I like to try new things. My cat had no problem adjusting and jumped right in. But when it comes to cleaning out the urine spots, I found that it clumped into a large, hard brickish lump. It reminded me of hard caramel. But of course different. I struggled to remove the clumps quickly but it stuck solidly to sides of box. I loved the smell originally when I put it into his box. But with the difficulty of cleaning it out every day and losing litter, even though there was enough litter in the bag to offset the fact that you have to dispose of additional litter because of the clumping, It began to smell. It just didn’t seem as easy as the fine silica to keep clean with no odor. I still love kittypoo.com and so does my kitty and I will not change from that, but I will go back to the fine grain silica. Thank you kittypoo.com for helping me out with this and getting it straight and for having such great products for our cats.

Works fine. Still gets slung out all over the mat but it’s easier to see as I vacuum

Pretty good, cat liked the sand like texture instead of the soy pellets. Does get everywhere after they get out

This is the worst one yet. Does absolutely nothing to cover odors

We usually use the silica litter, but I tried this kind, hoping for less dust. But my cats don't like it. All 3 are pooping in the one remaining silica box, not these new boxes at all. In fact, the oldest (21 yrs) is now looking for "other" places to go, not going in the new boxes at all. Yuck! Made an emergency order of silica boxes, and will be going back to them (dust and all).
