“Great product concept, quality and customer service. My neighbor loves this product and I decided to give it a try. My 3 cats aged 14, 12, 10 are set in their ways. I have 4 litter boxes with Dr. Elseys litter in large plastic boxes and I couldn’t get them to use this one. Because of his very high territorial tendencies, my 14 y/o also has 10 clear totes with no litter that he uses to urinate it. His litter box behaviors have been complicated his whole life and this litter and box was unable to resolve the problem, unfortunately.”
“I have a litter box hideaway piece of furniture and need the option to have the "front" of this box on a short end. I've ordered the standard box in my second shipment and it is barely too wide to close the door on my hideaway also. I've tried the diatomite and the large silica litter...the diatomite tracks EVERYWHERE. The silica is much less tracking (also bought the litter mat) but I have a cat that is basically refusing to use it. I am going to keep trying the different litters until both cats are happy. This truly is a great product and service...just may have to trial and error with the products until your particular cats are happy.”
