Finally found a product that both Mr. Kitty and I like!!! Lightweight. Like clay which Mr. Kitty loves. And isn't clumping so it's so much easier to clean.

I was tired of washing the box so often, kitty poo is helping me have more time and less frustration.

It doesn't hold smell well, but since I understand the function of diatomite, (diatomaceous) I like that function, is why it will disappear when you shift litter around, it absorbs the urine, but the smell is there, which it should not be I believe. Have to change out after only 2 weeks.

I tried to switch from the clay kitty litter to the Diatomite since it seemed better for the earth but my cat pro tested and pooped all over the house. I switched back to the clay.

This liter is very, very light weight. That's the only thing I do like about it. Otherwise it creates an enormous amount of dust and smells like mildew. It tracks worse than any liter I've ever used. My husband even commented on it and he never even goes in that room.

this is about the worst if your looking for non trackable litter. My cat is small and I thought this would not get caught in her paws and get tracked. I have a piece of carpet under the box so when she steps out she steps on it but the litter has been tracked every day since I changed to this. Going to try another type next time. :(

Solids were easy to scoop, very low dust, low tracking. Odor was fine until after 2-3 weeks the ammonia smell became unbearable. I thought I was stirring as directed but perhaps this just wasn’t for us.

I believe I pick the wrong kind of litter... I love the box!! I have two cats and the urine smell was terrible after only a couple of days,,, want to try the clay clumping litter.. I think that would work better.
