“This is our first time using it, so far the box seems durable but the design needs some work. The cat spills way to much litter, although I suppose if I put a mat underneath to catch it, it wouldn’t seem as messy. The litter itself I like. The kitten is just here “visiting “, as my daughter and grandson are here for the summer. Apparently you can’t teach your 43 year old daughter to scoop out the litter box, use litter longer, thus saving money. She prefers cleaning it out once a week and buying new litter. Therfore, since they will be leaving shortly, I am canceling my membership. Next summer I may order it again and purchase a mat.”
“Rhemi is 18 years old and adapted well to the new box. Because he pees a lot the litter does give off a "scent" and needs to be changed more than monthly. I am willing to try another product before I make my final decision. I loved the concept!”
“I am glad to not have to mess around with litter all the time. With this, you scoop the poop and just stir the litter when there is urine. Much easier. I have found that it doesn’t really mask the poop smell all the time.”
