“I got this because my cats clay litter was very smelly and dusty and I was ready for a change. This box was easy to put together and fill and the first month has gone really well. My cat loves it. There is a bit of dust, though much less than my previous litter. It tracks a lot. It’s all over the house. I suspect a litter catching may would fix this, plus these particles are much easier to vacuum then clay litter. It’s been almost a month and there’s basically no smell. In fact, it seems it could go a whole other month if I needed it to.”

I added a layer of the type of litter the kitty was used to on top and let the kitty mix it in as she used the litter box. No problems!! This is also the first time I've used this type of litter.
