“I should of just stuck with the silica litter I usually get but no, thought I’d give diatomite a try. Instantly, it started stinking…. Bad! It does not kill the urine smell, it may even make it smell worse. I am currently waiting on my box of silica litter now so I can throw the diatomite litter out! My bathroom smells horrible in the mean time. Sorry, I did NOT like the diatomite litter. I’m sticking with the silica litter for now on!”
“It’s messy. Not easy to pick up the poo…(your word). I have one box of this new litter and one box of the old fine litter. My cats tried it for a couple of days and are now using the old litter only.”
“I was so excited to try this one. The fine grain silica has been fine (4 stars for that box) but the dust it creates is so much worse than it used to be…. So I was hoping this would be better. Which it has been better on dust…. (Way worse for tracking though) But it’s only been 5 days and the smell is almost unbearable . I have two cats so it usually lasts 10-12 days in the summer (closer to 14 in the winter). It just didn’t last long enough to be affordable for me.”
“It could not be more convenient! Delivered right to your door every month. There is no odor at all, and no dust when you are pouring it in the box. My cat jumped right in the litter box and used it immediately. Would hughly recommend!”
