“Finding the box design cover awkward and hard to assemble. The litter doesn’t prevent smells - had to add baking powder to control the odor. On the fence if I will order again.”
“I was really happy to start with Kitty Poo Club. We are new cat parents and the litterbox was one of the things that bothered us. Love the concept, but our new box was supposed to be shipped on the 9th and we needed it! Didn't arrive until the 16th, we had to bring out an old plastic box and use some left over litter until it arrived. Hoping this is a one time thing because overall happy with the product”
