“My picky cat had no trouble adjusting to the Kitty Poo fine grain litter. It has made the chore of cleaning the litter box much easier. It is lighter and cleaner!”
“I personally preferred the fine grain because when I step on litter pellets the fine grain hurts a lot less than the bigger grains. Although the bigger pellets were easier to clean.”
“I order Kitty Poo because it comes to my door, and carrying a really heavy box of litter from my long driveway to my door is hard for me due to a chronic illness. I have been really impressed with the way that the litter blocks odor, and I love that I no longer have to scoop disintegrating clumps of litter and urine -- just scoop the poop and disperse the litter. Super easy.
What I havent enjoyed is that they are still working out their packaging, and what I have found is that because of the way my cat uses her box, urine sometimes has leaked slightly into the cardboard. I signed up initially when there was a plastic tub in the bottom that was very hardy, but lately theyve been switching the way it works. The first change was a wax coating instead of a tub; now they include a wax-coated insert, that certainly does help, but I continue to worry about it. I appreciate they are iterating and trying to improve (or perhaps more accurately, reduce their manufacturing costs...) but I didnt like being sent a box that wasnt what I expected, without being asked or given the chance to try a beta version! I hope they consider customer care more in the future, because this litter really is effective.”
