“Ive been using this service since Oct 2019, and Ill never go back!! Theres absolutely no cat smell with this litter, and both my boys took to it right away, so no hassle. I love the fact I get a new box every month, so no more washing litter boxes!!!! The only reason I took off 1 star is due to the fact they changed the plastic on the bottom of the boxes. Before it was a thick piece of plastic covering the bottom, now its just cardboard with a special coating. 1 of my cats holds his urine all day, so when finally does go, its seeping through the cardboard layer.”
