“I have a handicapped boy named, Toothless, like the dragon. He can't use the litter box like a normal cat, so when I found Kitty Poo's low-entry box and their fine-grain litter I had to try it. Toothless can lie in the litter and not have it stick to his fur. He can kick it out of the box and it's easy to sweep up and toss back in. It soaks up the moisture from his urine and feces within minutes. It also makes clean-up a breeze. Just fold the box back up and toss it in the garbage when the new box arrives each month. Love it a lot!”

“I love this service. As a widow- it is so much more convenient for me.
But... I've been having some problems getting the order shipped to Venus, TX. The last two months my order was to have arrived on the 15th but it sat at Fed Ex in Grove City, OH for almost a week. My OCT package that I was originally expecting over this past weekend is showing that the new estimated delivery is October 21st. I don't know if you are hearing from other customers about this happening but I wanted you to know. I'm about to move to the other side of Texas so maybe that will help. BTW- I am a Medina County girl- I still have family in Seville and Akron. My grandparents lived in Wooster so I was very excited when I signed up for this service and saw that you operate from there.”

My two 10 year old boys can make quite a mess… I love giving them new boxes monthly rather than trying to spray down and wash their old plastic boxes-which were impossible to get the smell out of. “It absolutely never smells!! It’s clean and easy for people who live in condos and apartments in that you don’t have to wash a litter box, just fold it up and on to a completely new litter box. My cat and I love it!!! Worth every penny. I’ve been using them for 7 years and I have no complaints!!!”

“I like the first grain silica litter. However, my problem with one box that leaked has not been resolved to my satisfaction. You said you would send me a replacement box with litter. I had already ordered 2 new boxes for which I paid. I received my 2 box order, but have never received the replacement box/ litter. My hunch is that it was mixed up with the boxes I had ordered. Please send the replacement box with fine silica litter as soon as you can.”
