“Hello! I actually love my kitty poo box and litter! The only issue that has dropped my rating from a 5 to a 3 are the plastic inserts that fit on the top corners to hold the box open. They have been replaced with a much less sturdy product that makes it nearly impossible to assemble and keep the box from folding in. Please consider going back to a stronger brand . I’d hate to leave my subscription

“I’ve been using you guys for 5 years, sometimes the litter bags have less litter in them, and your shipping is pretty bad. It takes a long time and fed ex leaves the cardboard box that’s not wrapped out in the rain, otherwise my cat does great, there’s hardly any odor and it’s an easy clean up.”

Sorry about the inconsistent litter amounts, but the bags of Fine-Grain Silica have weighed the same since we first started it. If you are finding a big difference in the amount of time that the litter lasts, compared with previous experience, we would strongly suggest that you seek the counsel of your vet. (Increased urination can be an indicator of a variety of health issues.)

Everything that is advertised is absolutely true! There is no odor, even after 28-30 days. My cat's poo is exceptionally stinky. She literally used to run away from her poo! She still does but I think it's because she is air cleaning her bottom. If only there were a way to hang a tiny roll of toilet paper....:)”
