“Just the other day convinced 2 more service oriented folks (a cashier + CSR for Dr. Marty Pets). Advised they contact Becky, Customer Service. The Disposable Litter Box(es) sell themselves when explained how 'user friendly' they are + disposed of. The fine grain litter kept the rating from "5" because I may need to change to something else that can be easily sifted thru the openings of scooper, leave 0-NO residue on same, and the solids can be flushed down the toilet with no residue or build-up of solids after flushing. Any Suggestions?”
