“So far were liking it. I personally didn't care for the silica fine grain litter because it's non clumping but switched to the clumping litter for my next shipment, excited to try it. I've experienced great customer service as well :slightly_smiling:”

“I love the litter box. I signed up with the offer for a free scoop and dome and got it because I was moving and wanted something easy to set up in my new place. There is no smell at all and scooping is so much easier when it's not heavy clumps. The only problem I'm having is the scatter of the litter, which can be quite sharp on bare feet. I'm switching to the regular litter over the fine grain for my next shipment in hopes that it will solve the issue.”
