“I want to just say thank you, again to Kitty Poo Club... and here is why... you do have to clean this every day and swish the crystals back-and-forth we were NOT! cleaning The Poo out of the box every day we would do it like every other or every two and trust me you don’t want to do that you want to follow the kitty poo club’s instructions... we didn’t ( I have back problems so it was hard for me to clean it and my husband was always going to bed early because of getting up early for work and this is what happened) we paid for it because the crystals were not soaking up the urine and they got all yellow and smelled so nasty. If you’re already in the club “kudos” if you’re contemplating I would say ”GO FOR IT” this an awesome product, again you need to FOLLOW...the kitty poo directions, cleaning it once a day and swishing the crystals around in order to keep it fresh. I was not going to buy the kitty poo crystals anymore, to getting it the same day I needed a New Kitty Poo Box I was SOOOO! Excited I will continue with my subscription so I want to say thank you... Kitty Poo Club. I didn’t think to take pictures of what it looks like when you don’t follow the directions I did not take a picture but I will take a picture now, we received this box one July 22, 2020 and it still looks like new Crystals.”
“Well, mostly good - a few cons
Pluses are: little smell, eco friendly, no cleaning boxes weekly since disposable, less work overall (I have 3 boxes) price is fair. Cats transitioned with no issues and they are happier.
Cons: I have fine grain silica and it gets everywhere, I even have speciality litter trapping mats, urine doesn’t clump so whole box is yellow in two weeks. Maybe I’m OCD but boxes don’t “last” 4 weeks, I changed to a 3 week delivery date. Hood is a little tricky at first but if you’ve ever assembled a bankers box you will be fine. Hood should be an optional and free part of box subscription, why charge extra?
All and all I even tried to sell this product to my friends and family... it’s good. Just the messy tracking of the litter and the yellow box gets me.”
