“The price equals out to almost the same as buying regular clump litter. But the smell is almost completely gone. I don’t use the dome because I have a dog that will eat the litter. So I use an enclosed box. I got the fine grain and I like it but it is a little dusty. I might try another grain eventually.”
“So this keeps getting better and better. My kitty is now using a new litter type and she loves it. And it was so easy to switch. And disposing of the old litter was so easy. My kitty has been making less litter mess too with the dome attached. This is such a perfect idea and a great product. Bye bye smelly old litter”
“I’m very pleased with the Kitty Poo system. I chose the Large silica litter and then changed to the small silica as it tracked and as like broken glass under foot. The small silica works as advertised. There is no odor and the silica absorbs the water from the urine as well as the feces, dehydrating it for easy scooping. Then, simply collapse the box, tape it up and replace it with a new one. My old clumping litter caused us to have heavy bags of urine and poo, now it’s a light bag of poo only.
My 2 recommendations that prevent me from giving it 5 stars are:
1) the box is configured to have the opening on the wide side (Why?). I have a wood box the my litter box sits in to conceal it and the Kitty Poo box won’t fix if used as designed, so I have to use a box cutter to make an opening on the narrow side. I’m on my 2nd box and both worked doing this.
2) I’d like to have the option to order an additional bag of litter to top off the silica as needed. I can’t seem to find that as an option on the website.

“I love how simple clean up is! Plus, my cat loves it. He hated his previous box. My favorite part is that it’s such easy clean-up at the end of the month when the new box comes. Another huge plus is that I’m expecting and I shouldn’t be handling kitty litter and my 5-year-old and 8-year-old are able to take care of litter duties all by themselves! Zero help from me!”
