“We loved the regular litter, but our kitty likes to dig in it, and even with a mat it was bouncing on the floor and we were stepping on it (ouch)! With the fine grain, no more bouncing litter. Theyve (somehow) improved something that was already great.”

“I normally buy the larger grain silica litter but got a shipment of the fine grained litter by mistake, and even sent a complaint in. However my cats like it better and even my problem kitty who likes to go outside the box started using the litter box more often. Cats rule and now I order what they want.
As for the service in general, it costs the same as me going to the warehouse club and buying giant heavy boxes of litter, but is way more convenient. I’m not a weakling by any means but I can see where this would be ideal for elderly cat owners or anyone who can’t wrestle heavy boxes of litter and deal with cleaning even heavier litter boxes. It saves me a lot of time that I used to spend scrubbing and sanitizing litter boxes.”
