“My first shipment was amazing! The box had a thin plastic insert. Taking care of it was almost effortless, an definitely odorless. The box changed and was leaking. I emailed them and they responded promptly that they had revamped the box and sent me some free kitty treats. The next box had a removable insert that flaked apart. I emailed again and they gave some suggestions. I received another email that they are revamping it again. I appreciate that they are so responsive, and they are truly listening to customers. They are also trying to be eco-friendly which is admirable. The litter itself is amazing. I wont go back to traditional litter. I wish I hadnt had the experience of the first box, as I now compare everything to it.”
“My only 2 cons are the dust from the litter..the odorless factor doesnt last 30 days..more like 2 weeks. We have 3 cats and 3 of the litter boxes and we clean it out 2x day.”
