“I absolutely LOVE the ultra fine litter, however, I don’t like the new boxes at all. The urine caused the wax coating to get saturated and started lifting up after a little over a week of use. I prefer the old boxes with the plastic liners. Is there anyway to bring this back? I’m thinking I might have to reconsider kitty poo club and switch to another brand. You can see in the photo how it is lifting up and crumpling. Disappointed.”
“Love your product, and the fact that I dont have to lug bags of litter around any more, however I have to cut the sides down because my cat refused to use the first box. Hes a very large cat and likes to put his head over the side when he uses it. Would be nice if you offered shorter sides, but not a huge problem for me.”
