“The litter is AMAZING! My cats urine is very strong and pungent. Her litter box used to be in the bathroom and the smell would hit you as you opened the door.
Her Kitty Poo litter box sits behind the couch. You wouldnt even know its there! We have our delivery set for every 6 weeks. Although we dont clean the litter box as often as we should and its not a problem since there is no smell! We love it!”
“I think whats happening is that my cat weighs 20 pounds, so a box with the fine grain litter just does not last him four weeks. Hes also got FIV, so his touchy tummy also makes it so I need to change the box out sooner than four weeks. I kept the boxes coming, one and a spare, because it is worth it just being able to chuck the whole thing after 2-3 weeks. The high sides on the box and the litter mat keep the tracking down to a minimum. Have got to try the litter out again. I found that it was dusty but the customer service rep said something to the effect that they had a new way of "washing" the litter so that it wasnt dusty, or a new supplier who was "washing" the litter. Last thing I want to do is inhale litter, clean or not. Looking for a good solution, as well all are, so that the house doesnt smell like a litter box, despite cleaning it out every morning. Appreciate the suggestions and attempts at problem solving from the customer service rep.”
