“The design of the box is worse than it used to be. I know the whole "its greener" thing, sure... but if the cat claws at it too much, the plastic lining is broken too easily on these, resulting in leaks. Its not too bad, and if youre putting the lid under it like one should, it makes little difference. However, it is just a bit worse of a design than the first couple of boxes I received. I still love it. Also: the scoop you sell is garbage. The handle broke in like 3 weeks. I replaced it with one twice the size and same price from walmart and its standing up much better. Product overall is 4/5. Love the service and love the product, but when design choices make small differences, its only a matter of time that those choices make large differences.”
“My review of the Kitty Poo Club may be unique because I quit the club. I thought the service was great but I could go back to regular litter and save a little money. That ridiculous idea lasted a month. A smelly and inconvenient month. And our cat was not happy. She even pooped outside the box to prove her point. So I rushed back to the club and in just a few days our beloved Kitty Poo box arrived on the front porch. Mary Jane is happy again and I’m a member for life!”
“I’m not fond of the new wax litter box . I prefer the style box that had the plastic bottom . My kitties don’t seem to like to “ dig and bury “ in the wax box that do the plastic bottom box”
