“We adopted two kittens and as they grew up we wanted to add another litter box to our household. It was so challenging to find one that was aesthetically pleasing, would fit in the spaces we had available, and wouldnt welcome visitors to our home with a strong odor. “I really miss the original bottom that was plastic lined. I have two kittens who will be a year old in June who use the box and ever since you change from the plastic lined bottoms, their pee absorbs right through. And now that you have added the extra cardboard liner, my male cat just rips it up when he digs to cover his poop.
I know you are trying to make the box all recyclable, but having the plastic bottom really helps your customers not have to deal with soggy, wet, pee stained cardboard and stains on their carpet.”
“When I first joined I would have given 5 stars. I love the ease of this system. Since the changes with the insert for the bottom of the box I have changed my rating to a 4. I had to remove the insert because my cat was chewing on it and the litter was going underneath the insert. Now I can see wet spots on the bottom of the box. I still love my Kitty Poo Club but the recent changes I am not liking. I would still definitely recommend this product though.”
