“I was a bit concerned initially with the replacement box, sent after my complaint. When I stirred the contents it appeared that the cardboard insert had the urine leak through again. Fortunately it did not go beyond that cardboard insert. I place the lid under the box and there was nothing on it. I will continue to also place the plastic bag between the box and the lid but it appears the leaking problem has be remedied.
I appreciate the customer service I have been provided and it is remeasuring to know that my issue was heard and resolved. It didnt hurt that treats were sent along this time either!
Again, this system has been a benefit to me with my health issues. It is even more beneficial as we all struggle with the coronavirus. May all your staff remain safe and well.
