“I have used KPC for about a year now. It has been a love-hate relationship due to struggling to find the right litter type for my princess. The company was fantastic in helping to find the right fit for her, and even replaced a couple boxes for us, and now she does great with the boxes. I absolutely love getting a fresh new box and fresh litter every month... then just throw out the old, nasty one. My only downfalls are that the fine grain litter is very dusty. I hold my breath while scooping, so that I don’t breath it in. It also tracks heavily regardless of using a litter mat. Also, the new update to the bottom lining, with a separate liner, isn’t great. The liner soaks up the urine, therefore causing odor. The previous curved bottom design worked better for my kitty. Regardless, I will continue to use the service... unless the prices are raised again.”
