“The concept is amazing (litter delivered to my door!) and I love just being able to throw away the whole box (cleaning a traditional litter box just didn’t work in winter months in the cold climate in which I live.) It really does do a great job of masking/removing odors and my cat took to the fine grain silica right away. I love that the box design changes to match the season! My only gripe (and it’s a pretty big one) is how much “dust” (or vapors?) come into the air when scooping out poo or stirring the litter because of urine...it literally makes it hard to breathe for a second or two. That said, it’s still worth it and a great product overall.”
