Hi Tina, thanks for sharing. Are you giving the litter a good stir every day? The concept behind the silica litters is that urine is largely water content and this litter allows for the water portion to evaporate from the box while the mineral absorbs the waste/odor. This is why the stirring of the litter is pivotal to helping the evaporation process; however, if your kitty is going more often or more in volume, whether they drink lots of water or have known health issues like diabetes, etc., the litter can get overwhelmed/ can't keep up when there is not enough time for the process to work.
