“This box and litter do the job. Each box holds up to a month's worth of my cat's business. The poop is dried out into fossilized logs that don't even stick to the scoop when you scoop it out. A quick swirl of the litter spreads the pee around and you can hardly smell it even close to the end of the life of the litter. When the new box arrives, you just throw out the old box and move onto the new. There is just one problem. The fine-grain silica makes dust...a lot of it. When you open and pour the fresh bag, it's like a recreation of the Dust Bowl era. Every time you swirl the pee soaked granules around, more dust flies into the air. I'm nervous about all the urine filled dust I inhale when I clean the boxes. I'm actually debating wearing a heavy duty mask, it's that dusty. If not for the dust, the litter and box set up would be perfect.”
