“We are glad we joined Kitty Poo club. Kudos to a well designed and effective product that simplifies chores at home. I recommend watching the tutorial video when receiving your first box. But after that, it's quite simple. The fine grain silica lasts all month and minimizes odor. We made a change in our litter choice after the first month and asked for a delivery date change. These requests were easy and happened seamlessly via the online customer portal. I am most impressed with the product packaging, which lessens the use of plastic in the home. The used litter is easy to get out of the coated boxes so these can be recycled effectively. We re-use our box "domes" so that monthly replacement isn't needed. There was no adjustment period for our cats. They easily transitioned from their old hooded plastic boxes to the KPC boxes. We recommend this product/service.”
