There is NO litter smell. Even at the end of the 30 days, there is nothing! I have used both reg and fine grained silica, both work great. “I'm very happy with the fine grain litter but I wish the box was larger. My 12 yr old sometimes pees over the opening. If the box was, perhaps, a couple of inches larger all the way around would help solve this problem.”
