“This is so convenient to use. Before I would take hours each week cleaning and washing the whole litter box. And disposing of the clumping clay litter was such a chore ! Now I just scoop and stir every day, dispose of the used litter once a month, and recycle the box. Then I get to start with a fresh box and litter that are delivered right to my door ! It's changed the whole process for the best outcome. I love it !”
“I get 2 boxes every 3 weeks… that works best for me. They are supper easy to assemble, clean, and dispose of. I have absolutely no complaints with Kitty Poo Products. The fine grain soaks up the pee and the solids don’t get messy for cleanup. I ONLY wish that Kitty Poo gave the customer a choice in the shipping service. I scheduled my boxes to get here in time for cleaning day but Fed-Ex is so unreliable. Not a single shipment has NOT gotten re-routed in the wrong direction, came late, or was tossed into my yard. PLEASE Kitty Poo… give me a choice… UPS, USPS… I don’t care… just not Fed Ex.”
“I like the product and will continue to use it but even with the topper on the box my cats still flick out the litter. The fine grain litter is very difficult to clean up. My biggest concern is the time it takes to get my shipped orders. Fed Ex takes a very long time to get me new litter. I changed my order cadence to every 2 weeks hoping that would help, because it takes about 2 weeks once shipped to receive the new boxes and litter. It becomes very smelly,”
