“Love the kitty poop but have a request. The wax coating on the bottom of the box breaks down too easily. This results in a smelly problem and early retirement of the box. Cats won’t use the box when it has a smell. I guess the urine attacks the wax. Can you find a solution?”
“We have two cats and yes they should have two boxes but we just don't have room for them. I really wanted this to work, however the box ended up leaking and the smell was not tolerable after 2.5 weeks. It probably works better if you have one for each cat but I was really disappointed the box leaked onto the floor.”

Now wearing wearing N-95 NIOSH mask recommended by OSHA. Can your production line(s) do a better job with stronger dust particulate vacuuming & removal during filling and bagging process?”
