“I have a 19 year old Kitty that was having UTI issues and seeing the blood in regular litter had become difficult. I was concerned about switching her from her clumping litter to this but I did want to be able to monitor any blood in the urine... I tried this and she took to it right away.... I found it to be easier without having to scoop all the time since she was urinating small amounts more often, it was very easy to just mix the litter around to absorb the year end and just scoop the other matter. So I am very happy to have found this type of product we used the fine silica and she didn't seem to scratch it but she just stepped on it went and came back out of the box...we used it in her regular litter Box so maybe that helped with her getting used to it so quickly...over all were happy with the product. Btw...she's doing much better...uti and blood gone”
