“I can’t believe how well and easy this product works. We have 3 large kitties and the boxes fit them just fine. The crystals absorbed all smell and moisture and the protective coating on the box keeps everything locked in the box. There’s truly no dust and our white kitty’s paws are back to luxurious white. 3 boxes literally takes me less than 15 seconds to clean daily and less than 5 min/month to change over. Compared to pouring plastic tubs out, cleaning up that mess, hauling them upstairs and scrubbing them outside, waiting to dry, bring them back downstairs, filling them dust, and hoping no one needed to use the boxes during that whole ordeal. Only complaint is that I don’t need the directions or plastic side supports in every order. Maybe just the directions in my first order and let me add free replacement supports on future orders.”

“It does a great job at hiding odors. It definitely takes a couple of weeks before I can start to smell the pee and I know it’s time to change boxes. My cats aren’t very good at burying their poop, so that definitely smells, but I scoop the poop daily anyway so I typically just scoop it as soon as I smell it. I am loving the convenience of it being shipped to my door and the convenience of disposing of old boxes. I have only two complaints: 1. It is INSANELY dusty. You are supposed to stir it daily so the liquid can evaporate, but there is a visible cloud of dust which makes me avoid that task. Sometimes I can even tell from across the room the cat’s been in the litter box, not because I smell pee or poop, but because I can smell the dust they’ve stirred up from burying. The cats don’t seem to mind and have been very good about using it though. 2. The shipping time is insane. I get two boxes per shipment and usually I will wait until I’ve got an email saying my next order has shipped before I open the second box. But there have been times when that second box really needs to be changed before the new box actually arrives. Like I get the email that the box has shipped, and almost two weeks later I still don’t have my new boxes . I am hopeful that the excess shipping time is not normal and is a result of Covid, and will eventually be more reasonable. To sum up, the dust and shipping times are drawbacks, but the box and litter itself work very well (better than any store bought litter I’ve found), and the convenience of it being shipped right to my door outweighs any drawbacks I experience. I will continue using this product for the foreseeable future”
