“I love the fine grain silica litter and what it does for our cats. We have a teenager cat and also a kitten in the apartment. There are water bottles all over to keep the peace but our cats LOVE the litter. They like that we scoop poop every day or every other day and stir it to evaporate urine. The silica doesn't get trapped in their paws and Hanabi and Tuxedo both love the boxes. We keep one in our bathroom and one in our living room on same wall as our tv and cat-tree. The smell of the kitten can food is quickly dissapated by the fine silica. Customer service is absolutely the best I have seen in a long time. I ordered an extra bag either last month or Sept and we started out with the chunkier silica but quickly changed to fine when Hanabi didn't like it. So the fine silica came and then our extra bag/box came in the chunky. I left one email and it was a response was sent quickly, they sent out a free box/bag of fine silica and told me we could keep the other or give it away. I wish ALL customer service for my subscription services could care that nice. Cause I usually have to argue with them. I suggest you give them a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed.”
