“I love the whole idea of it all. My issue is probably not something you can fix, unless I have delivery bi-monthly. That’s Not In my budget. My cat Rupert is almost 19 yrs old. He’s healthy but his urine is so concentrated that the box can’t last the 3 weeks. The Odor so bad I have to go back to clay litter before my next delivery, which is every 3 weeks.”
“I really like the litter box. At first I made a opening in 1 side of the litter box. They did pretty well with it but they play with anything & were scattering litter. When I kept the box whole that ended .”
“Love the product, but you have to plan ahead, because the shipping is so slow. Starts out as Fedex, but gets handed off to USPS...and I've had it take over two weeks to get. Issue started before COVID. This is the slowest package we get delivered here...and we get a lot of deliveries in a month for our business. So plan ahead to accommodate the slow shipping.”
