“This concept is simply brilliant! It was getting harder and harder to keep up with the litter box as I got older and some health issues began making it quite painful. I began thinking about disposable boxes which I had used in the 90's but I didn't like the ones I looked at, until I saw an ad online for KittyPoo, checked it out and was ordering within minutes. I was sceptical about how it would work without a real liner, but it has never leaked. When the new one comes, I just close the box up, put a little tape over the folded down bits (although this is just me, wanting to make sure it stays closed) and put the lid back on, pop it into a plastic bag and have my husband take it out to the bins. Considering what I used to spend on cat litter plus liners and cleaning wipes for the box, I think I now spend less! The fine silica litter almost immediately desiccates the poop which wicks the smell away. I do find that I like to add a sprinkle of baking soda based litter box "freshener", especially towards the end of the month, but there is never that litter box smell in the house at all. I will say that the fine silica litter is as dusty as regular clay, but I have never seen any that are completely dust free in forty years of living with a cat! The box is easy to set up and is a good height to keep the litter inside, while the little pop-out in front allows for easy access. I highly recommend KPC, especially for seniors or anyone with chronic pain issues of any kind. It makes life with cats a lot easier! Thank you!”
“it really is a great product. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I was hoping for it to last a full 30 days. I give it a good 3 weeks. I understand you can buy extra litter but I feel that defeats the purpose plus I'm already spending money for 2 litter boxes every 30 days. However it has been a great improvement from any other litter I've used. I definitely will not be going back anytime soon. My old litter i felt like you could smell through the entire house. When this litter starts to smell its really only around that area so it seems to be contained and doesn't fill through the house.”
“I’ve been a cat owner for many years and the kitty poo litter boxes have been the best litter I’ve used. It’s delivered to my door, there’s no smell and my cat adjusted to it well. I especially like that it’s all in one and that I don’t have to haul heavy boxes and bags of litter, don’t have to scoop big wet lumps of litter or clean and sanitize the litter box anymore.”
