Hi Rebecca, Thank you for reaching out, and our apologies for any delays. As we stated, once the shipments have been returned to our facility, refunds will be issued. As of today, we have not received either shipment. Would you happen to have tracking numbers for the returns, so we can follow up? “Easy access for cats. Easy to clean out. Great program with throw away used box and new monthly orders. Love the grass litter as no odor in litter after use. Pickens my box 2x or more daily.”
