“They recently changed suppliers and now the bars used to hold the boxes open are WORTHLESS- too hard to put on, don’t stay on, snap off when the cat goes in the box and then they get scared and don’t want to sue the box. And there is NO customer service so when you send messages and emails asking to go back to the old supplies that worked no one responds.”
