“I usually use the fine grain silica but it was getting tracked further than I would have liked, so I thought I would give the regular silica a try. It’s difficult to scoop because of the size of the pieces of silica, so you end up losing a lot of litter when you scoop. It was also tracked even MORE than the fine grain! There are small spheres that literally rolled into every corner of my house. One of my cats thought they were new toys and would bat them around at 2am. Then she started eating them, so we had to switch back to the fine grain. Might work for some people but didn’t work for us!”
“The large grain silica works great. It controls odor very well and lasts the full month. However, my kitties seem to prefer the clay litter, so I switched back. Kitty Poo Club’s products work as promised. I highly recommend them.”
“I have 1 older cat, she does like this litter the best, and I like that it absorbs her urine to help keep odors down. It does not last a full month, but a solid 3 weeks. Might consider ordering 2 bags at a time. Does still track some, but not as much as traditional scoopable litters did.”
