“Customer service is outstanding, which alone earns my loyalty. The convenience of the monthly delivery is also hard to beat. As for the silica litter, I no long use anything else. Odors do not linger in this litter, it is easy to scoop and sweep up, and so light-weight that is is easier to lift the bags and dispose of the used litter.”
