“At first my cat would not use it. I’m assuming because the consistency was so different from the store bought brands. I mixed a little of the store bought so she would understand that is what it was for. She is now acclimated to her new box. I love the consistency because it does not scatter from her paws...only a couple of pieces escape sometimes when she steps out. I love the fact of not having a smelly rubber tub to clean!”
“I do love having a fresh clean box every couple of weeks. The only down side to your product is the shape of the silica. Being that it is round it rolls around on the floor and is all over my house. It makes it difficult to clean up. If it was a different shape that wouldn't roll it would be great.”
