“I have the box with the dome & I also got their scooper (love the bright blue) and use the large gel silica because I was using Pretty Litter prior, however the gel silica is literally sand like and tracked EVERYWHERE! This litter is large enough to actually pick up a little piece that may track but it tracks way way less. I did have an issue with my entire bottom on my box leaking & destroying the cardboard, so I had to order 10 days early but they refunded me for that which was very nice. They were quick to reply & VERY empathetic which is so hard to find with customer service. If it wasn’t for the leaking, I’d probably give 5 stars! Just wish this had health detection like the pretty litter did.”
“We are overall very pleased. We have tried both of the silicone litters, and we prefer the fine-grain. There is still a scent from the box, but it's more of a earthy or cleaning smell and definitely not a cat urine smell. Our boxes haven't leaked and have been easy to scoop. We are still getting litter kicked out on the ground, so I'm hoping there will be a solution to that somehow.”
