“I love this product and have used it quite a few months. It makes life so much easier, and I'm thankful for it. I will say that a couple of product redesigns over the past few months have left it a bit more prone to leaks. Not bad leaks, but you might find the urine soaked through the cardboard in places toward the end of the cycle. There used to be a plastic insert, but efforts to make it more eco-friendly have left it with a somewhat imperfect seal. The other thing I'd warn is against the fine grain silica. My neighbor uses the fine grain and loves it, but in my own experience it was too lightweight and made it into the cat fur and my lungs far too often. I simply changed back to the traditional silica. Despite the minor soaking, I haven't seriously considered changing to anything else. KPC has made life so much easier (and odor controlled) that I still recommend it. I'll add the fifth star back if another redesign stops the leak.”
“I have two kittens that like to share a box, so I got two boxes and I switched them out after two weeks. I thought this would be to expensive to keep up, but honestly it’s so EASY. I’m definitely going to continue the subscription. As long as I scoop the poop daily there’s no odor. I like how the silica dries the poop so there’s not much of a smell or mess. I will recommend this to anyone that has kitties!”
“It seems to work really well absorbing urine. The reason I have 4 stars is because it gets tracked out of the box as bad as regular litter. That was one of the reasons I wanted to switch to this from my regular litter.”
