“I like the regular replacement of the litter box. I had one box arrive damaged and you all were quick to replace it, so I appreciate the good customer service. I need the dome for my cat (She sprays high!), so one improvement that would make a huge difference if if the dome was also waterproofed like the litter box--people buy the dome because their cats pee high, so pee soaked cardboard at the top is not a great thing. Otherwise all good. Trying a different litter (soy) just to compare.”

“Our cat didnt like the texture of the large silica grains. But I like the easy clean up and it keeps the smell at bay. It is also nice that it is shipped right to the door.”
“my cat immediately started using this litter box and I am so happy so far with the box although Ive only owned my first one. There is no smell which is consistent with Crystal litter. at this point the only thing Im unhappy with is that it tracks all over the house and into my bed where the cat jumps. Im thinking of switching to the fine silica to see if that is any better.”
“Very happy with it. It doesnt smell , my cats used it without any trouble. I may try the smaller crystals because they do get them around the box on the floor and they do hurt to step on lol.”
“Seems to be a good product so far. I don’t smell anything so far, it’s been a couple weeks I believe. I’m still not sure about the big silica pieces. They hurt the feet when the cats flip them out of the box. Still a little skeptical that it’ll not smell like car urine after a month but I’m happy so far!”
