“I love the KittyPoo litter because it is easy to use. I can see any "poo" and scoop it. It has very little odor if any. I tried the other kinds of litter both KittyPoo and store-bought and find the Silica litter works for me. My only complaint is the set-up of the box. Ifind it hard to put the rails on the box. It takes me longer than I think it should. Otherwise, I love this system.”
“My wife and I have 8 rescue cats in the house which of course means we have a lot of litter boxes. And we are very happy that we switched to Kitty Poo.
There is less mess and less tracking litter in the house, and virtually no smell form the litter boxes.
Yes, you have to keep them clean but it does not take a lot to scoop out the Poo and then mix the litter.”
“I love my cat to pieces, but hate dealing with the litter box. The Kitty Poo Club has eliminated some of the most annoying parts - the hauling of heavy litter from the store to home, the dust and heavy scent and the disposal. This nice, lightweight box arrives every four weeks as scheduled. Its easy to set up and so easy to dispose of the old one! My cat had no trouble transitioning with a change in texture from regular litter to the silica beads. There are no bad smells and no "litter" smell at all. Customer service is definitely 5 stars.
The new litter box is more like 3 stars. Its been arriving bent or slightly damaged edges making it hard to set up with the plastic supports, and it doesnt stand up to the original Kitty poo litter box.
The litter is not holding up as well as it did with the original Kitty poo box design either, not sure why that would have anything to do with the box design but it does.
Still Im staying because of great customer service and they are still a better option than the standard litter box.
This is a situation of "if it aint broke dont fix it" the original Kitty poo box was way better but this is overall a good enough box to stay a customer.”
