“This is a terrific product and wonderful customer service. It is great they changed away from the plastic box and got the bugs worked out on the new system. I recommend them 100% my one big cat goes through a box about every 3.5 weeks, i scoop and stir daily.”

“We were super impressed early on, we were customers for over a year. Very responsive company over all. But we did switch away. I wouldnt have added a review here except Ive gotten multiple "reminder" emails soooo here is my honest review. They originally used a plastic liner to prevent urine leaking through the cardboard but in an effort to be more eco friendly they adopted a "coating" instead. The first round completely soaked through with my two cats, cant force them to spread it out so even with daily stirring it was soaking the cardboard sometimes through the lid as well. They corrected with a new type of coating the next month, by the time I received it we had two months of stinky cardboard. I loved the odorless litter and it suddenly was no longer odorless. Another issue we ran into was loose stools for my cat, this happened with a short term food adjustment but any loose stool is almost impossible to completely remove from the litter. I knew it would take over one week to arrive via mail if I asked for an extra bag of litter to come prior to scheduled delivery of the new box, which I can usually plan for but in this situation we needed something right away. I bought plastic boxes with lids and a similar litter. I loved supporting this business but I couldnt handle the eco friendly coating that made my house smell like urine after the first few days and unfortunately I needed to be able to replace the litter right away so Ive moved on to store bought options.”
