“I have been using your product for over a year and HAD been very happy with it, that is until a few months ago. I remember vaguely reading about some changes that you had made. I dont recall what they were, but they have had a significant impact on the quality of your product. Within 2 weeks of staring a new box, the smell of ammonia is so overpowering it stings my eyes and nose! Luckily I had an extra box so I have been able to swap them after 2.5 - 3 weeks instead of the 4 (or more) that I had previously. I also recall reading that you were making some more changes due to this being a problem for many. If the next box has the same problem, I will have to cancel my subscription!”
“The main thing I love about these litter boxes is that I dont have to clean out the actual box part like I would a permanent litter box. I scoop it each day and there is no smell. The fine-grain litter is easy to vacuum up around the litter box area. I do miss the hard clear plastic liner that used to be in the bottom of them. I wish that feature would return.
