“We have been using this cat litter box subscription for almost 2 years (August 2018 was first purchase). It has made a huge difference in dealing with the nasty part of having cat litter in the house. In the past we struggled with odor and urinary tract infections that would cause our one picky Siamese cat to stop using the litter box. We do not have these issues any longer. Easy daily scooping of poo. And changing the box every 2-3 weeks is a cinch. It makes traveling and moving easier too as this military family is facing another cross country move. Product is definitely worth the $$. I highly recommend trying it out.”
“I love the cleanliness and convenience that this box subscription provides! I just hope they can make a few more improvements. The box can still saturate through the corners, even though they have been working on improving the waterproofness of the new lining. Also, the litter tracks... ALOT! I have 2 cats, a litter mat, and have tried both silica types and am still vacuuming up this litter all day long! If these 2 things were improved upon/resolved they would likely have a much better review from me!”
“I love that I can throw out the whole box and litter and start fresh. It needs to be cleaned daily and stirred daily though to maintain its max potential. I’m not very good at doing that and my fur babies seem to pee and poo a lot! There isn’t a plastic liner anymore - therefore I rated it a 4. I like that kitty poo is being more environmentally friendly but the plastic tray was nice. I have a naughty kitty that’s a digger.”
“I love this box. My only complaint is that it was confusing to set up the first time without instructions. I had to find a video online to show me how to do it. Once set up, though, its very sturdy, nothing leaks, and I love it. My cat does seem to kick litter out a bit more than his old box even with the dome on top, but its a small price to pay for the convenience of having a fresh, clean box each month.”
“The catch all mat i 20% effective- the sides should be higher. The box is great as is the silica,but the platform(cuff?) to put under it impossible to construct.”
