“THIS COLLAR IS CUTEM BUT IT WOULD BE SOOO MUCH NICER IF THE BOW TIE WAS LARGER. AND THE BELL BARELY MAKES A SOUND. MY CAT “TALKS” GO ME VIA HIS BELL. THIS PRACTICALLY USELESS. IM SORRY BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED TO LOVE THIS.”
