“My recently diagnosed diabetic kitty also had a UTI and was not stepping into every box I tried far enough ..and peeing over the side of the box or entrance to it, this size and box was the perfect solution. Without taking out the perforated entry section, it gives her plenty of room to get in w room to spare, do her business and w the absorbing litter was a game changer. I’ve got a step up to help her get in and out, and while this isn’t pretty, if it helps anyone else who struggled w these issues it’s worth sharing. Haven’t had to change outside pee pads since! As for the delivery service, be prepared to wait longer than stated, it’s frustrating but worth the wait.”
